Correct Model: HB611-SGST  || Not HB710

I don't know why cannot select the the correct Model..

 

Hi guys, need help! My nintendo switch2 unable connect to my home wifi 2.4GHz and 5GHz both cannot... Other devices able to connect only Switch2 having this issue.

 

Did many methods from forum and online research but doesnt help:

  1. Nintendo Switch 2
    • Change DNS
    • Set Static IP
    • Change MTU
    • Change Wifi Security
    • Enable 'connect to hidden network'
    • Disable IPv6
  2. TP-Link HB611-SGST
    • Change Wifi Security
    • Change Wifi mode
    • Change Channel
    • Change Channel width

 

If i using my own mobile hotspot, Switch 2 able to connect. But if my phone connect to the home wifi and share hotspot then Switch 2 cannot connect to wifi. Look like is the wifi router (TP-Link HB611-SGST) causing the issue but i have no more idea on this already, need helps!! Appreciate if anyone can help me with this issue, thanks!!!

Hi, would there be any error message when the Nintendo Switch 2 failed to connect to HB611?

Have you ever configured any Access Control/Block List rules, such as https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/676360?replyId=1385968

Did it help if we disable "Band Steering"?

Please also set the 2.4GHz settings to channel 11+ channel width 20MHz/ WPA2 security and disable "Fast Roaming".

Hi @David-TP , I didn't configured any control/block list. The 'Bans Steering' already disable. For 2.4GHz i try to change the channel to 11, channel width to 20MHz / WPA2 security but it still same, Nintendo switch2 showing error code 2110-3150.

Have you ever talked to the Nintendo support?

I saw there was a similar feedback here:https://www.reddit.com/r/nintendohelp/comments/1mdzo4z/error_code_21103150_on_switch_2/. It doesn't seem to be a router issue.
