Automation cannot be shared. But here is a workaround that should help. 

First, you will need a Tapo device that can be controlled by automation, such as a smart plug or a lighting device. It’s ideal if you have a spare device, if not, you can use one whose status rarely changes, like a smart plug that stays on all the time.

Next, create an automation in the owner account: “When Plug A is turned on, disable Automation A.”

Then, share this smart plug with your wife. With this setup, when she turns on the plug, Automation A will be disabled. To make this easier, your wife can create a shortcut on her account to turn on the plug and name it “Alarm Off.”
