My Tapo smart plug P100 has suddenly disappeared from the list in the App. It was there until I connected 2 bulbs. I have 8 plugs and 2 bulbs.

I've tried logging in and out of the app, disconnected and reconnect blue tooth and tried to reset the plug.

I don't see it saying offline as it's not in the list.

When I plug it in there is a blue light.

Any ideas? Many thanks I'm advance.

I noticed you’ve tried resetting the plug. Are you saying that the smart plug disappears again immediately after being re‑added to the app?

 

Please disable any VPN on your phone, ensure your phone is connected to the same Wi‑Fi network as the smart plug, turn off cellular data, then force‑close and reopen the app. Check whether the plug appears in the app while on the local network.

 

Make sure the Tapo app is updated. You may try to delete and reinstall the app.
