Hi, I followed the setup guide video, but in my pannel I can't find the operation mode selector, and so I keep getting error of no internet and check if the cable is in.

I tried more than one cable and even had my provider technician come to test and for him there was connection in his device, si for sure is my product have problems.

Where I can find that option? I have already the latest software installed.
