  @Szaki26a

I've received link with the new firmware on my e-mail. After testing it for few hours it appears that the weather bug is not fixed. Now there is some weather info on the display, but it never get updated. Displayed temperature is always the same. I've reported above to the support team, so waiting for their reply and potentially new firmware update.

@TheSassyBear

Did you contact forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com as instructed below?

The new beta firmware is mainly used to fix the  LED weather display error.This is different from your feedback. If you have already contacted forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com, you can also provide your ticket ID here, and we will process your case with high priority.

  @stbrown The BE800 at initial value is a more high-end device.  It's odd that the BE550 is offering newer and better features for the new firmware that I'd expect to be with the BD800. Great questions to ask the tech team. I'd also love for the range extenders/mesh devices to get new firmware so we can use most of the new features.

Re:New Firmware for Archer BE800 V1 to Support VPN Merge,Guest/IoT Network Extend in EasyMesh, and More-Solution

  @Joseph-TP

I've updated my BE800 firmware to v1.4.1 Build 20260313 rel.47813 as received by the engineering team. I've tested it overnight and can confirm in my case the weather 'xx' bug is solved. Tried rebooting multiple times and even then it displayed the weather accurate and as it should. Thru Tether in the display settings I've first removed the weather and temperature dia's, then I've added them again and searched for my location, applied the settings and it works like it should, the temperature and weather icon updates perfectly fine just as before.
