Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.9.1

The app suggested I update my cameras, so I did one. It didn't seem to make any progress, then after an hour or more it must have made progress because the app started saying it's "offline". The camera is still blinking green light which suggests it's still updating but that's been on for two days now.

The other camera must have updated itself automatically and is working fine. What do I do about the one that's stuck?

Thanks

Hi,
You can try to turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, turn it back on, and then check if it's working.

If the LED does not change, try pressing and holding the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. If the same phenomenon persists, refer to Case 3 in the following instructions for troubleshooting.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?

Best Regards
