I've subscribed to WTFast a bunch of times, but it's just not working for me. I even reached out to their team, and they think it might be a firmware problem with my GE800 TP-Link. I'm writing this because this program hasn't helped us at all. We haven't gotten anything out of it. Could you please talk to the WTFast team and help us get a good WTFast? Right now, there's no routing or anything from WTFast that's helping us.

Welcome to our community.

 

Please run the WTFast application directly on your computer, subscribe to its service, and test whether it helps speed up your games.

If it does, then log in to the corresponding WTFast account on your router and test if it works.

 

Additionally, what specific symptoms are you experiencing when you can't use the WTFast service? For example, can't log into the game? Or are there others? Please provide screenshots of the relevant error messages.

I've done everything, closed the router and PS5 many times, but it isn't working. It gave me a "NAT type failed" error when activating WTFast, and when I search for online games, it doesn't find any players to play with and doesn't route me to the server I've chosen.

Also, I enabled UPnP.

 

Solution B: Assign a Static IP and use DMZ. It still gave me a failed NAT type on PS.
