Hi,

Does TpLink Archer VR400 V3 support multicast from a Raspberry Pi over my internal network? Everything I have read in the manual and via Google seems to refer to IPTV. I only want to use DVblast over my local network. I have done this before over several years using a Talktalk HG535 router, but it failed and the replacement FAST 5364 does not support it.

  • Wireless Multicast Forwarding (WMF): Many TP-Link home routers have a setting (often under Advanced > Network > IPTV/VLAN) called "Wireless Multicast Forwarding" or "Enable IGMP" that must be activated for devices like IP cameras, Sonos speakers, or IPTV boxes to receive multicast streams over Wi-Fi.
