Hi, I am despite for some help here please, I have purchased NC220 camera and installed it as per the instructions. I can view it no problem on the App on my smartphone either indoors when connect to the Wi-Fi and outdoors on 3G.
If I attempt to view it on my wireless laptop I can't view the camera, I have downloaded the plugin and it don't work, I have tried different browers IE11, Firefox & Opera with the different plugin's but still it won't work, all that comes up is the loading sign and then after 30 seconds it says the camera is offline when it is not.
I have tried all above again on my second laptop, same problem arises
My Router IP is 192.168.0.1
My Laptop IP is 192.168.0.7
My Smartphone is 192.168.0.3
Camera is 192.168.0.21
Please help I was going to buy another 4 of these if it worked, looks like it is going back to the shop by the end of the week if I can't solve it.

I do work. last week I was doing an assignment that time I had faced this kind of problem then I reinstall the windows and solved it.
