From deco e4 network I am not able to get any download data, while connecting directly to router is working fine, both with wifi and ethernet cable, which is same one connecting router to deco e4. 

 

4 days ago I did a factory reset of the entry deco e4 collection and setting up back. Now it seems I am in the same position.

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.

1. Check the LED status on the main Deco. If the main Deco has a solid red light, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot: Main Deco turned red light
 

2. If the main Deco has a solid white LED, please connect your phone to Deco's Wi-Fi, go to the Deco app > More > Internet Connection > IPv4 page, what's the Internet IP address?
    If the Internet IP is valid, please try changing the DNS server: How to Change DNS Settings on Your TP-Link Deco
 

3. When connecting a PC directly to the front router, what's the IP address on the PC? 

 

4. Does Deco work in Router or AP mode?
