Hi,
If the router's SSID returns to the default factory name, on the router's web UI > Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings page, please change the Wi-Fi settings and click on Save. Then go to System Tools > Reboot, tap Reboot to reboot the router, and ensure the changes take effect.

After that, you can test if the same phenomenon persists. If so, please provide the following information for analysis.
  1. On the router's web UI > Advanced > System Tools > Firmware Upgrade page, please send us a screenshot of the Device Info section.
  2. Is the router connected to the internet via a SIM card, or is it connected to an internet cable?
  3. If it's connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable, please check the Internet Connection Type(e.g., Dynamic IP, PPPoE, etc.) on the router.

Best Regards
