after 2 years of excellent behaviour , the last dayw i have many issues with th w archer ax3000 router.

in a period of one or two days the 5gh ssid dissapear or yhe devices that are connected on this vband shows that are offline.the only solution is to disable and eneble the 5ghz band or change the 36 channel to something else and then reselect .

i have two differents ssid , one for 2.4 and one for 5 , and on 5gh i use the 36 channel.

Have you checked the surrounding wireless interference level (you can use apps like inSSIDer or  WiFi Analyzer).

This might be an interference issue on the 5 GHz band and changing the channel mitigates the issue.

Best approach is to leave it on AUTO - thus the router would choose the best wireless channel for your environment.

i dont think that the reason might be the surrounding wireless interference level as we talk for 5gh and not 2.4gh but anyway i have made tests with almost every channel and i have the same result, it works excellent for a couple of days and then the 5gh dissapered again. I also put the channel in auto , and until the problrm begun i always had it in auto but nothing change.

It could be a wireless radio malfunction as well. Contact your local support for further assistance.
