Hello,

 

today my WLAN stopped working. I tried everything the internet suggested, but nothing seems to work.

I was using the device without battery for the last 10 month without any issues.

I reset the device, no change. My sim card is working.

When I use the device with battery and connect to a computer internet is working as well.

I can login to the device and it shows me no errors, WLAN is activated, but nothing is visible.

 

Any suggestion what I could or did the WLAN hardware fail?

First of all, please confirm that the Wi-Fi is enabled:

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
  1. If Wi-Fi is off, tap the Wi-Fi icon (Turn on Wi-Fi) on the home page.
  2. Wait a few seconds. You can view the SSID/Password or QR code shown on the screen and use it to connect more devices to your Mobile Wi-Fi.

 

If it still doesn't work and you have performed a hard reset, please contact your local technical support at any time, and they will assist you based on the situation.
