Wifi router problem

Hi guys i have tp link router n720 single antena i am facing a problem i have got net from my neighbour and have connected router. it worked fine in the beginning for a week or so but after that it has started giving ip problems i have to disconnect power cord several times then it gets connected. after every login i have this problem. pls help
