I am new here and maybe this has been addressed.

I bought the RE450 and obviously one of the first things was to upgrade the firmware to the latest version.

I set it up as access point and configured it as I want. I downloaded the iOS app too. And then when I open the app it says that it doesn't detect any device.

The IP is assigned by the extender and the web interface works fine if I log through the IP address but not through https://tplinkxxx.net

Does someone have a clue on what to do?
