TP-Link AV500 wifi powerline extender, stuck on identifying Network
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hi There,
I've encounterd numerous issues when trying to connect to the internet via the AV500 wifi powerline extender. I've done basic trouble shooting already have have found the following;
- Modem is working fine, able to ping 127.0.0.10
- have reset both main power adapter and extender
- have replaced both main power adapter and extender
- have uninstalled drivers and reinstalled
- tried different power points around the house
- have tried different computers
- Have tried different Ethernet cables
- Have turned everything off and on again
I am attempting to connect to it via an Ethernet cable to my motherboard ( Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON (MS-7A12) 1.0) to no avail. It simply shows the yelllow exclamation mark and when reviewing it further it gets stuck on "identifying network"
Any help would be much appreciated
Cheers
-Mick
