Hi all, i am test to upgrade 1 of my CPE210v1 to the last firmware 2.0.0 and was perfectly... now i have all my network (WBS210v1.20, CPE210v1.0, v1.1 and CPE220v1.1) upgraded with the new interface and logo of TPLINK...

At the moment i don´t see any other advantage more than the new UI... and all continue working good :)

You are welcome...

I keep the configuration in all the upgrades... i don't know if cleaning the config, something change. If test this or see some other advantage, please share ;)

Hi, I have some question: Test_mode with max power 27dBm still work? And can we downgrade the firmware back to 1.x ?

Could you give us the download link of the new firmware?

Thanks very much.

Thanks, so the firmware for CPExx0 and WBSxx0 v2 is usable for v1 too?

Yes, downgrade to 1.3.3 works. But you will not want to do it, the new version seems loading web pages much faster in old browsers. ;)

Note: On the German TP-Link website there are two different firmware versions for CPE210 V2 and other Pharos devices:

CPE210 V2: CPE210(UN)_V2_161102 rel. 39691 http://www.tp-link.de/download/CPE210_V2.html#Firmware
T his version will not install on a CPE210 V1 hardware. Probably V2 hardware will have modifications?

WBS210/510/CPE220/510/520 V2 only: TP_PharOS_2.0.0_161117 rel. 38185 http://www.tp-link.de/download/CPE510_V2.html#Firmware
Despite the warning, this version installs also on CPE210 V1 and all other PharOS V1 devices as Alessio pointed out already.

Some changes in PharOS 2.0.0:

DNS settings for LAN in AP/Client/Repeater/Bridge mode. Management VLAN added:

Channel width setting 5 MHz now available in Wireless menu (if region set to Test mode, might not be available in certain countries).
Also, extension channel (upper/lower) field is enabled if fixed channel is used in Test mode (was hidden field IIRC):

Wireless survey lets you restrict scan range in client mode (screeny from a CPE510 V1):

New speed test modes: field parallel sessions disappeared, unidirectional test now distinguishes for RX and TX directions:

Bug still not fixed in PharOS 2.0.0: Spectrum Analysis on CPE210 still displays range 2312 to 2712 MHz instead of 2402 to 2482 MHz as shown in the CPE210's Quick Installation Guide making it hard to find best channels. Either the range or the labels seem to be wrong (reported to TP-Link several times already):

I update my cpe210(EU) v1.1 with this v2 firmware and alls go fine, but the max allowed power still 11dbm. No possibility of select country or test mode on the main screen after the reset. There is a way to get 27dbm from (EU) hardware version?
