Hello

I just bought a brand new NC200 camera from you. I connected the camera to router via cable and to power supply. The green light is on which probably means that everything is fine for now. I downloaded the app, tpCamera and registered there as well. Everything works properly until i press add new camera (plus) button and select the NC200 model type. Then the following window pops up " Your software is out of date and must be updated before use. Please download firmware NC200_v2.1.7_160315_b from NC200s product page at http://www.tp-link.com and then update via the camera´s web managment page (Please check TP-Link FAQ 817)". I have done everything I could but Im using my iPhone and cant download anything the way it is described on website. Please help me and tell what steps should i follow if i want to get my camera working properly. You can contact me via following email adress: daki.nikolic@hotmail.com

Thanks for support

Regards, Alexandar

Hi Alexandar, you will probably need to use a Computer rather than your IPhone to do this firmware upgrade.

Here's the link to the information on how to do this:- http://www.tp-link.com.au/faq-817.html

It shows you two ways to connect to your camera software page, where you will be able to upgrade the cameras firmware.

I hope this helps and you get it all sorted out and back working again..
