IP Camera Plugin Installer

Trying to install the TP Camera Plugin on my MacBook Pro (Mac OS Sierra - 10.12).4. It's not working. When clicking on the Disk Image, I receive a message stating to eject the disk image and it cannot be installed. Result is that I cannot view the camera online, or access it through the cloud account. Anyone knows how to fix this? Screenshot attached.
