Mine is working now!

 

Seems that the problem has been fixed for me. 

I didn't do anything. It just works now.

Not yet fixed for me.
Wierd that some posts  report fixed. 
Can be that  fixes are solved by region or by database server? 

I will wait to see if magic arrives here

Tienes que cambiar tu Router por uno que soporte Gigabit. (1000 mbps), tanto en Wifi como Ethernet.

I contacted the assistance yesterday and he replied that he should connect remotely on my router to verify that there is a problem. I put the link to my discussion to make it clear that the problem is not mine alone. they probably don't even know what problems there are on their servers. I'm away from home all day so I can't get them to connect remotely
