I have a Deco E4 (pack of 3) and I was wondering if I can attach a 4/5 G dongle to it so when the internet is down the 4/5G dongle takes over and provided the internet?

Deco E4 is the same as Deco X20, which only supports an Ethernet connection.
Here 4G/5G dongle, I guess you mean a USB dongle right? For the Deco family, there is a rare model that has a USB port.
