@Sunshine Hello, unfortunately BETA firmware didn't solved this problem for me on TP-Link Archer MR400 (V4.30). I can provide some additional technical details, e.g. traceroute to the TP-Link Cloud servers from this router or something like this if it helps. I've sent screenshots of this problem to your DMs.

Hi, the device never connects to the cloud successfully, right? will a reboot or factory reset solve the problem temporily?

If possible, please try a different SIM card to see if the issue still happens, if so, I would like to escalate your case to our senior engineer for debugging.

Hello,

I have the same problem with a MR600 V1

- TP Link Cloud

The device is offline. Please check the WAN and network configuration to make sure the appropriate settings are entered correctly.

- Speed test

     Fail also

All if fine, only the two functions above are not working

The MR600 is connected to internet via the lan to the external router

  - IP of MR600              192.168.2.1   192.168.2.XXX Network for wifi and LAN

  - IP of MR600 WAN     192.168.1.90  192.168.1.XXX Network for connection between MR600 and router

  - IP of router WAN        192.168.1.1

Firmware Version:1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210608 RC.66100n Hardware Version:Archer MR600 v1 00000001

Thanks for your help
