***On the Beta APP, if you can't subscribe to the Advanced Parental Control/Security+, or the subscription is only valid for a limited time, it is due to the subscription section being under a test environment and not fully integrated with the actual HomeSheild service platform. In this case, any previous subscription isn't charged. We recommend subscribing to the HomeShield service kit through the official app. If you have already subscribed on the official APP, the HomeShield service will function as intended.
Update Advice:
1. Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
2. How to install the Beta App in Test Flight: https://testflight.apple.com/.
3. You could withdraw the Testing directly if you no longer wish to test the app by tapping Stop Testing in TestFlight on iOS or deleting the APP on Android OS.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback.
I cannot get the parental controls to work since the latest update.
- Do you mean the firmware upgrade of Deco, or Deco APP update?
Can you share some screenshots here-"none of the features actually appear"?
Please also help me submit the Deco APP feedback:
(if you are using APP 3.8.101/112, you could click the "Feedback“ button on the bottom right.)
Please also confirm Deco is working in wireless router mode, not Access Point mode.
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP Check the screenshots.
1. The first is what I see in the Deco app -> Smart Home -> Add smart device -> TP-Link Tapo
2. The two following screenshots are from the Tapo app where it shows all the smart plugs under the Tapo brand
3. Clearly TP-Link people are not even aware of what products its Tapo team has released. Please update.

Hi, Thank you very much for the pictures.
Did you subscribe to the HomeShield service on the beta APP?
If yes, I think it might be this:

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
The update of supported models under Smart Home on the Deco APP also needs the firmware update. The Deco APP has already added the relevant models but sometimes, the software hasn't added so the specific models eventually stay hidden.
Best regards.

Hi, nice to see you again.
I think it might be an ongoing issue since I have seen it on different APP versions.
Not displaying the real-time speed rate would not cause any performance issues which has been confirmed by the engineers.
The speed rate here is not the actual internet download/upload speed either.
For now, these numbers are for reference only and can't be used to measure the network speed.
Thank you very much and best regards.
