Hello

 

I purchased this RE815XE extender along with an Archer AXE75 router and I'm running into all kinds of issues which I think is due to a faulty extender.

 

Trying to determine what could be the cause of my issues, slow to no show connections on the 6G network (we're talking 100mb/sec from a 1Gig connection; I get 800mb/sec on the 5G), error messages saying, "Unable to log in right now, please try again", incredibly, I mean ridiculously slow speeds in a browser when connected via ethernet (I admit, this has improved somewhat), and now the latest, device is showing as offline.

 

Offline?

 

I think this extender is faulty as I say, as when I'm using the Archer AXE75 by itself, although the signal is weak, I can connect to the 6G band without issue, and I don't have "slowness" issues when using my PC via an ethernet cable.

 

However, before I send it back, I just wanted to check whether this (as in the image above) is normal or not.

EDIT. This, along withe the Archer AXE75, have now been returned as its just giving me too much of a headach
