HI All

I wonder can someone help.

I changed ISP suppliers and new router arrived from them. I want to us emy Deco Mesh system for wifi of course not the ISP router. I have ethernet cable to my M5. It can only establish internet connection if i switch is to "Access Point"

Is there somethignn simple i need to do with Internet Connection settings to allow it connectuses Internet from the ISP router.

I had wifi router mode working with previous ISP router - I cant remember how i did that.

I also vae NordVPN woudl be amazing if i can get that working on the Decos

The M5 is the main Deco unit, the X50 is in the garden so cant use that as main. I also have an e95 (can use this as the "main")

If anyione knows how to help id be so appreciative

Thank you

Mark

It would help to know which specific service you have, but the goal is to put the ISP router into Bridge mode, or IP Passthrough if Bridge mode is not available.

Hi, welcome to our community.

May I confirm whether you take factory reset on Deco network when you are connecting M5 to the new ISP router?

If you want to set up wireless router mode to connect to your ISP router, you may need to factory reset Deco network from its original configuration to reconfigure Decos for a try.

And the internet connection type should be Dynamic IP as you have a ISP router already.
