Hi,

 

I've purchased a DECO BE3600 today. While setting up i cannot access the Deco_xxxx-network through the Deco APP. I've tried all three units, and whatever tips I've found online and through the chat bot etc, turning off roaming ++

 

I have a blue pulsating light but always get the message "Unable to connect to Deco_xxxx"

 

Any other tips?

  @Martin_MW First of all remove your Deco network from Deco App and do the setup again. Main Deco always connect to ethernet cable which is coming from ISP router to access internet connection. Then add the satellite deco units and after that update to latest firmware.
