I have no issue with controlling bandwidth on my old n750 tp link. Aside from having an issue fixing how this c3200 bandwidth control works the router is having an issue also
when the modem is set to bridge mode, C3200 with 150826 firmware version cant gain dynamic IP from my ISP which i never had an issue with my old n750 router.

After patching the router firmware to 160202 US version which is not available in the PHILIPPINES the Dynamic IP works when the modem set to BRIDGE mode,
but still i am very frustrated how this BANDWIDTH CONTROL get fix and make it work.
