I have a 2nd KP105 smart plug which keeps switching off at midday, everyday! I've obviously cleared the schedule and reset back to defaults. Any ideas of the cause and how to fix??

2 HS105 works fine for 6 months. Bought 2 New HS103V3 and they are not connecting network/phone. Press button for 5 seconds for fast Orange&Blue switch and they don't ever turn Blue nor can I connect
