Smart-plug - Introduce Randomised power on / off on scheduled events

Hi, This relates to the Kasa Mini Smart Plugs. Is there a possibility to introduce a feature to the standard scheduled Power on / Power off event which randomises, perhaps within +-30 / 45 / 60 minute

Allow bulb colors to be assigned to a group

Bulbs can be part of a group but allowing to set bulb colors per group would be a great added feature. That way you can have 1 group for regular work then switch groups to change the colors/brightness

KASA APP after power cut restore to previous power state

After power cut stop turning ON. LIFX manage to restore to previous power state, so if bulb was off, so after restoring power, the bulb doesn't go on.
