IOS13 Kasa Widget issue

Recent update of iPad to to IOS13 allows "Today" view with widgets on left side of screen.
Although I have three HS100 devices that are working OK, the Kasa widget in "today" view shows no devices, it says:
"No Favorite Devices - select your favorite devices from Settings in the Kasa app."
There is no favorite selection in the Kasa app. In Settings > Widget Settings, I can select devices, but there is no mention of favorites, and selected devices do not appear in the IOS widget. Is this a bug, or have I missed something?

Hello everyone,
If Kasa Widget does not work proerly on your IOS device, here are some tips to try:
1. refer to FAQ here to check Widget settings on your phone
How to use Widgets to control your Kasa Devices and Kasa Scenes on iOS devices?
2. Force close app and reopen it, or try to reboot cell phone
3. Confirm kasa app and kasa device firmware are both up to date.
If still the same issue, can you help provide some information here to help look into that further:
1. model of phone and its Andriod or IOS version
2. APP version
3. a photo/ video share link showing Widget setup or illustrate the issue
4. Kasa device MAC address (please share by private message)
