@alvaro123

Hi, please test and verify the card with third-party software such as H2testW;

 And for more details:

@sluggo

More then one person have the problem with format in TPlink kameras. So I presume that.

New memories to be format with new program and old memories below 64GB could be format in the camera with FAT32?

So the camera can not use any new mempories  and NOT up to 128GB as the manual says.

All memories could not be fake memories. Tested!!

Just for everyone's info, eBay and Amazon (3rd party sellers) are FULL of fake memory cards!

There's a huge scamming industry in China where they take small capacity memory cards and USB drives (8GB, 16GB, 32GB) and change the firmware of them to report a larger size in a file browser, such as 128GB, 256GB or 512GB, etc. Then they fake a sticker and a box for it to make them look genuine and sell these to unsuspecting buyers as a "super great deal" item. These fake cards can impersonate any of the big brands : SanDisk, Samsung, Lexar, etc...

The card will work fine in most devices, until it reaches it's actual physical capacity (8, 16 or 32GB), at which point it will fail. By the time a normal user figures it out, it's usually too late to get their money back. That's how the scam works.

If you want to be sure, buy your cards at normal prices from retailers (stores) such as Best Buy. They don't sell fakes.

@Foxtrotter

I just formatted a 128Gb Samsung EXO Select card.  No issues whatsoever.  Turned the camera off, inserted the card, boooted the camera.  It detected the card, said there was a problem with it.  I selected "Format", and the camera formatted the card in about 5 minutes.  I did not try to format on my computer first.

Cards were bought on Amazon.ca and appear to be the real thing.

I got frustrated when camera didn't detect and kept on saying "there is some problem with SD card". I bought Class 10 Samsung EVO 128GB SD card. Upon research and reading several posts, I came to know that camera only supports FAT32 and the SD Card was in exFAT format. Normally, cards above 64 GB are in exFAT only as FAT32 has limitations around handling large size files. Anyways, I used online GUI formatter/EaseUS partition Manager to format the SD card in FAT32. Then i inserted the card again, and it said problem with SD card. I opened the App, initialized the card and format started. It got stuck on formatting for 10-15 minutes. I closed the app and when i opened it again. VOILA! SD card started working, and its recording the feed now without any problems.

Hope this helps.
