Viewing Tapo C200 through Windows 10 PC

While I can view my Tapo C200 through the mobile app, I would also like to use a PC to view it. Is there some way I can view it using my PC?

I had several cameras (C210) all working fine with RTSP and the TinyCAM App as I wanted streaming without the disconnection issues when not using the same network. All was fine until a recent firmware update. Now, the camera is detected and connected to the App but there are no RTSP streams being shown with a timeout message. The camera status page in the app shows the correct IP etc and that the camera is online. I have a suspicion that the new firmware disables RTSP if there is an SD card in the camera (I seem to remember that I had a message about video streams being affected if there was an SD card in use). Is this really true that having a memory card inserted as a standby recording method prevents RTSP now?

Maybe it's SD card problem(band, filesystem), i'm streaming whole day on rstp on local network and works fine, sometimes have disconnectioin (like device reload-not restart) for 2-3 seconds, one-twice per day. Last firmware, no SD card.

@DawidM Thanks David.
I edited my message as it is Tapo C210s giving issues.
There is another thread I just found which was about this exact issue which was found to be formware I believe,

@DawidM I can confirm that it is indeed SD Card problem.
In my C200 V3, Firmware version 1.1.22, rstp only works when there is no sd card inserted.
I was pulling my hair struggling to use rstp streaming for last 2 hours, only to find out its a firmware bug .

@DisposableBot As per my comment and link in the other thread, we can only hope that maybe someone at TP-Link actually takes notice and fixes this.
If it is a security camera, not to have SD support as a fallback seems rather stupid.
I had to resort to using TinyCam with RTSP when away from home to see live streams without the TP-Link Tapo App timeout issues if you are not on the same network.
Please fix or provide a method to downgrade the firmware.

iSpy will do this using RTSP and the OVNIF profile.
BEWARE that if you have an sd card in the camera that Tplink introduced a bug that now stops rtsp streams working. They seem reluctant to fix this but downgrading the firmware solved the issue. Not impressed - so much so that my latest cameras are proper IP devices from Reolink.

Is there a way to adjsut this to be able to view the stream on a Smart TV by any chance?
Thank you
