Model: KC200

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 2.2.36

I've just installed a KC200 outdoor camera, mainly for my wife's usage. However the Kasa Smart app crashes on both her iPhone 8 plus, and her iPad 4 when she goes to view the live video. My Android phone has no problems.

Redownloaded the app. Problem still persists.

Any suggestions?

Hey John did you do a Kasa Smart App update, everything has gone bad for me since the app update to version Version 2.22 Buld 794

they screwed the pooch with the latest update, i am rebooting my Archer A10 every dayso that my camera's start recording motion again, i have not had any replies from TP link yet, really pissed off
