Hello,

 

I am logging into my tp link account from another device and my tapo c200 isn't showing up looking for some help on why this isn't working. It's showing on my other device fine but when I log into the same account on another device the camera isn't showing up.

@Ste301  May I know how many tp-link accounts you used to log in Tapo app? Is there any possibility that Camera was bound to another email address ?
