Hi

Trying to share my camera with a friend and when I send the request to their email it says 'Network is Unstabble. Please try again later' 

They have a Tapo account set up and their app works fine, just get this message when I send request and I can't go any further. 
 

The camera is working fine, I can get access and full functions on my app, being the account holder, but cannot share, which is one of the main reasons we went for this camera. 

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello @Bigboult Thank you for your valuable feedback. 

  1. Please confirm device firmware and Tapo APP are both up to date. 
  2. May I know did you phone connect to home WiFi when the error occurs,  you could try a different network, like LTE mobile data on the phone or a different network and see if that helps.

If the same issue, can you share the Mac address of camera to us via private message, what is the APP version,  thank you
