Installed new KS230 a couple days ago, all went well, completed firmware update, wifi led turned red and then master went completely dead, no response to reset/factory reset process. Lighting no longer turns on or off - but the satellite Switch has the circular white led showing at all time so clearly power is making its way appropriately. 

Any suggestions? Would order a new one to see if in fact defective however on backorder everywhere.
