I have a Samsung S21Ultra and a Samsung 10A Tablet. Both updated yesterday to a new version of the Android UI. Both are working just fine. EXCEPT the kasa app. It worked OK before the upgrade now EVERY time I download a clip from the Kasa Cloud it is UNREADABLE and just 55 kb long, every clip. On all devices even coping file to computer it is still unreadable. The makes the Kasa system nearly useless. All the old Kasa files I have downloaded in the past still work just fine and many megabytes long. What is going on?

Thank you for your feedback, may I know can you download and watch the clips? 

  • Confirm device firmware and kasa app are both up to date

Can you help provide some case details here 

  •  a photo showing of Activity or error message and when that happens
  • Model of mobile device and its Android/IOS version
  • Kasa app version
  • Mac address of cameras( please share by private message)

Did you recently update Samsung devices version, or update kasa app?
