Hi everyone

 

The camera has detected many movements and so many videos has been recorded over time. How I can download all recorded videos at once over WiFi?

At the moment I do this:

1- I open the Tapo app

2- From Playback & Memory, I open a recorded video from the calendar

3- I start recording using the capture video button

4-After stop recording, from the memory I save the recorded video to the phone gallery.

Obviously this way take a too much time  because I have to do one by one and for every recording I have to record again. So the question is, is there other way to download all recorded videos at once over WiFi?

thank you for your improvement suggestions, currently the video clips need to download one by one, not in batch.

If you have enabled SD card recording (enable motion detection & set up Recording schedule), the recordings will be saved in SD card, and you could view them by inserting SD card into the computer.How can I view 24-hour recordings of Tapo cameras in Tapo app?

How can I view the video recordings of camera from the SD card on a computer?

Update:

I have activated the Tapo care option. Now I can move the recorded videos in the cloud to Memory without recording again. However still I have to do one by one. Is there any way to download all recorded videos from cloud all together?

Is there any specific reason that it is not possible to download as batch? Because in cloud, it is possible to multi select, but only delete option is available. On the other side, in the memory, it is possible to multi select in the same way and additionally it is possible to download the selected videos.

  Hello @m.shabab 

Probably this feature is not  considered when programmer builds this feature. 

  • Manual-recorded videos are saved in the phone and show up in APP-> Memory
  • Motion Detected video clips are saved  in the SD card after you set up properly and show up in APP-> Playback
  • With tapo care, motion or sound events are saved to the cloud.
