D-link has made a nice wifi leak sensor product but it lacks all the automation capabilities that kasa does best!

 

im surprised tplink hasen't made a leak sensor yet.

 

It would be great if you guys could make one.

 

The plug in dlink hardware with the rope sensor and additional puck sensors work great but like i said all they can do is alarm and text you.

they dont have the capability to link to kasa only on ifttt. But on ifttt you must pay per month to have any automation over 5. So thats pretty garbage.

There seems to have a model of water leak sensor in the planning stage,  while internally we did not get information about this model yet.

Thank you for your feedback, I'd recommend also keep an eye on tapo.com website, it will update once a new model is released.
