Hi

 

If the application is on my phone and I have data in another country, can I control my home Kasa from anywhere in the world?

Hello   @StuChe 

Kasa cameras are Wi-Fi cameras so you could manage or view camera anywhere remotely in Kasa APP, this requires camera is connected to Wi-Fi network and get internet.
