@Semiconductor15 why no android widgets for tplink tapo app (EU) when there are widgets for tplink kasa (US)? cant imagine the reason, is it EU regulatory stuff or something along those lines? yeah, this is a major, major minus for tapo. fix it. as i said, kasa already has widgets, one would think since its the same brand...

Just bought these bulbs on android, considering returning as there is no widget.

Two years, and still no widgets for Android, it seems they don't care about losing customers.
There is a work around through IFTTT but that gives only 2 widgets unless you take a subscription.
Really beginning to regret getting in to home automation.
