Any plans for a Tapo Smart Smoke Detector?
We have a range of sensors available such as motion, water, doors, etc but one obvious missing sensor is a smoke detector / alarm. Any plans on the horizon for releasing a smart smoke detector?

@Meteorites Any news on a coming Smoke Detector ? Otherwise i will have to look for a competitor solution, which is a big shame since i have a large Tapo eco system... would be much better have all under the same roof / environment / brand ... I believe it would also unlock new sales for Tapo for both current and future clients...

@Solla-topee Has conversation for new CO Carbon Monoxide detector has been merged here with Smoke detector, would any or both be introduced as new device(s) in 2026 ? Thanks a lot for reaction.

Looking for that a long time also *grrr*
I actually wanted to expand my Tapo system much further for about €400. But that's impossible without smoke detectors and power outage detectors.
Sometimes I think they don't need any customers anymore?
