Model: Tapo C225
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.7

How do I insert the SD card into the camera without forcing the camera lens part upward?
It feels like it can break something, and I don't see anyway for the SD card slot to be set up in a position facing the opening where we can insert an SD card easily.
The only workaround I could find was to turn on pan and tilt and then choose upwards and then when the lens is facing up, pull out the power plug.

But it seems to be a very awkward way to insert the SD card that should be easily done in the in the application.

Thank you for your help

Hi,
Considering the position of the microSD card slot on the camera, it's required to tilt the camera's lens up to insert the microSD card into the slot. Usually, this process won't break something on the camera, you can tilt the camera's lens down after inserting the microSD card.

If you are worried the camera's viewpoint changes, you can try the following steps.
1) Go to the camera's Live View page on the Tapo app, and tap the Pan & Tilt icon.
2) On the Pan & Tilt page, tap the "+" icon to add a viewpoint.
3) Tilt the camera's lens up and insert the microSD card.
4) Go to the camera's Pan & Tilt page on the Tapo app, tap the preset viewpoint, and the camera's lens will turn back to the position before you tilt the lens up.

Best Regards
