not continuing recording
I got several camera's. Only one is not recording on the sd card fluently. Also the live image is not fluently. I can understand that live/ and wifi connected video can be of worse quality, but why is the recorded video on the sd-card also not okay. And other do work well? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for your help. I removed the card and the video still was 'strobing'.
But I also reset the camera to factory settings and that seems to have solved the problem.
I should have done that before....
But I want to thank you, I learned again some new features.

Hi,
1. On the problematic Tapo C320WS's Device Settings>Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon and send me the RSSI value.
Please also check the working camera's RSSI value and send it to me.
2. On the camera's Device Settings>Advanced Settings>Display Settings page, you can select the Compatible mode and check if it helps.

Hi,
Please try to remove the SD card from the camera, and then check if you can watch the live feed smoothly on the Tapo app or NAS device.
