Cannot find the “off” option to turn off video call

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.16 Build 20240617 rel.65780

I have searched high and low for the option to turn off the feature when someone rings our doorbell and it calls my phone. Very frustrating and thinking about turn in the doorbell off.

Can anyone please assist?
