Tapo C310 Camera has stopped recording activity suddenly after SD card was full?

Hi All,
I am a slightly confused as recently (as of 2 days!) my Tapo C310 camera has stopped recording any activity that takes place.
I can still view all motion through the app as normal, however when you click on recordings there is no data there.
I did recently get the notification that my Tapo storage is full, however I do have loop recording on and reading other posts on the forum it seems that the recording is meant to overwrite the older recordings and begin recording as normal again.
Please could I have some support on this as it would be much appreciated?
I have attached an image to show loop recording is on but it says I am only limited to one image. The other image showed rhat "continuous recording" is ticked on the recording schedule.
Many thanks

Got the same problems, strangely no notifications, neither.
Tapo app on 2 mobiles, samsung, sometimes get notifications and can see recordings on one mobile but not the other. Try to explain that.
Getting popups from Tapo trying to push me in paying a subscription I wont because they would need to work properly.
I am seriously thinking in returning to ring and subscription.

Hi,
Your problem may be related to the camera settings and the settings on your phone for the Tapo app. Please confirm the following information for locating the issue.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and send me a picture of this page. Please also check the sensitivity values of the enabled detection types.
2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Notifications page and send me a picture of this page.
3. You can go to the Tapo app > Me > About page to check the app version. Please check if your two phones use the same Tapo app version and check the version info.
4. Are you logging in to the two Tapo apps with the same TP-Link account(email address)?
5. Could you please send us a video showing that you can see the video recording on a phone but not on another phone?
Best Regards
