Blurry images - can't see a person face clearly
I have recently bought Tapo C510W. While rest of things are fine, the picture quality is very poor even though I have set the video quality at 2K. I have tried the FPS at 25 as well as 15. During the daytime, the face of a person can only be seen clearly if the person is not moving. At the night time, even though I keep on staring the camera, at the distance of 10 feet, my face is not clear. How can I expect to identify a person with such a poor camera performance?

You can review the following troubleshooting steps if the camera's live feed is blurry.
1. Make sure the camera lens is clean and ensure that your Tapo app is updated.
2. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Video Quality page to select the high-quality option.
3. Reboot the camera to disconnect other devices that may be streaming the camera, and watch the camera using only your device.
