I have recently purchased C200 home camera. When I try to connect to my Wifi dongle which is WPA-2 compatible, camera isn't connecting. Is there some setting on the camera which can help me connect to WPA-2 wifi device?

The Tapo C200 is compatible with the Wi-Fi network with WPA2-PSK security type. Please check if your Wi-Fi dongle is secured by WPA2-PSK.

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. What error message appears on the Tapo app when configuring the camera?
2. What's the model number of the Wi-Fi dongle? Can you connect to its Wi-Fi on your phone, and do you have internet when connecting to its Wi-Fi?
