Tapo RV20 Max plus do not want to return to dock.

Hello everyone.
My rv20 vacuum battery is weak, around 4%, but when put to the dock to charge, it keeps on going out, stops, and shuts down afterwards. What should I do to make it charge?
Please take out the dustbin/water tank from the robot vacuum, then place it above the rear of the robot vacuum, the side where the charging contacts are located (add weight to achieve a balanced center of gravity). Next, manually push the vacuum towards the charging dock, making sure that the charging contacts on both the vacuum and the dock align and connect properly. As shown below:
Once this is done, the charging process should proceed normally. During future use, ensure the vacuum's battery remains above 20%.
This problem will be addressed in the next official firmware, you may keep an eye on device's new firmware notice.
