I do have same issue while connecting tapo c200 it's getting failed to configure the device.

 

After the WiFi and location enabled, searching of device not found and redirected tapo help page even I reset couple of times.

 

 

Could you help this issue ASAP.

Hi,
If you have a problem setting up the Tapo camera, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the LED status on the camera after resetting it?


  2. Can you see the default SSID of the camera? If so, during the setup process, after your phone connects to the default SSID, please check the IP address on your phone(you can go to your phone's Settings > Wi-Fi page, tap the connected Wi-Fi, and check its IP address.)
How to set up the Tapo camera

  3. Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date. You can try a different phone to set up the camera if you have one.
